How does the app work?
You download the app for free. You listen to two introduction stories. If you enjoy it, you can unlock the full tour with a one time purchase. After that you simply walk through the city, and play the stops at your own pace. We have added verbal and written directions as well as a Apple or Google Maps link to guide the way.

Can I use the tour without an internet connection?
This version requires internet to start the tour. Once you purchase it, the audio files are available in the app. You can walk without worrying about signal drops.

I cannot hear any audio. What should I check?
Make sure your volume is up, your phone is not on silent mode, and that audio is not playing through a Bluetooth device somewhere else. If it still does not work, feel free to contact us.

My payment did not go through. What now?
Sometimes the confirmation takes a moment. If the tour does not appear after a few minutes, send us a message.
